If the problem persists, check the following: Browser-based platform: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Firefox. If the Owl does not appear in your computer's list of devices, skip this step and continue to the next section. If the Owl appears in your computer's list of devices, check if the Owl’s camera and microphone are approved in your computer’s security settings and browser (if using a browser based platform). If you do not see the Owl in this list, hit Command-R to refresh. Windows 7: Open Control Panel > System and Security > Device Manager. Windows 8: Open Control Panel > System and Security > System > Device Manager. Windows 10: Open Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Under Devices and Printers, open Device Manager. Windows Instructions: Verify that the device appears in Device Manager for 5 seconds or more. Check if the Owl is in your computer’s list of devices. Reboot the Meeting Owl by unplugging your Owl’s power for 10 seconds and plugging it back in.
Unplug the Meeting Owl’s USB cable and plug it back into your computer.
